What patients say on Google

“I was a patient with EAPS for a while. The psychiatrist I was seeing was DR Ascar and he was amazing, unfortunately he moved away and I was handed over to another doctor. The last month before DR Ascar left I was having some health struggles and in a lot of pain. I missed an appointment with him and had to cancel my first appointment with my new doctor. When I called the office to reschedule my appointment I was told that because I missed 2 appointments I couldn't miss another appointment or I would be dismissed. This was not presented to me in a nice way and I felt like they really didn't want to schedule another appointment. First I had been sick for over a month and had been going to my primary care doctor several times in an effort to find the cause of my problems. To be talked to like I was and to have no compassion for my sincere problems was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I guess they have written in stone rules and your reasons do not matter. The lady I spoke with was very condescending and to put it bluntly a very hateful person. Keep this in mind when you make your first appointment.”

“I have been with this office for about 15 years. I like the staff, they are always helpful and friendly! The psychiatrists are also very good!”
Ginger Brannon
“I do not know about the other doctors at EAPS, but I went there for ten years and was very happy with my doctor. Then he semi-retired and I was handed over to the young and inexperienced Dr. Hadley. She was pleasant at the first visit, but it wasn't too long before she showed her true colors . She betrayed me in a multitude of ways including the worst a medical doctor can do; she lied to me. Repeatedly. New doctors are coming to the office soon, so if you really need help l would recommend you hold on to August. DO NOT see Dr. Hadley.”

“Very nice people and a very welcoming atmosphere. Update: it has come to my attention that a letter sent from my previous doctor has not arrived even though I have proof that it was sent twice. It was sent by fax and by USPS mail 11 days before my appointment. However, they could not find it when I was there. I am definitely taking off points for that because I can prove that it was sent. Sorry.”
