“Silly me use Google for drs directory. It was the wrong address walked around for almost an hr calling the phone number listed and finally went in a suite with another customer and they called drs office only to find out dr Quintanilla's offc was at another location. Fell on my way out and called Dr Q's offc and person answering was not very understanding. If I didn't have mental health issues I wouldn't need to see the Dr. Wanted to be compliant be it was not possible. Being In the healthcare industry I will choose my words gently in future visits with my clients because you really don't ever know what a person is going through.”
