What patients say on Google

“I am very happy with my experience at Dr Bhasin’s office. The front office people that schedule are very friendly I enjoy talking to one of the girls I think her name is Emily she is sweet. Dr. Bhasin is a very caring, kind and friendly spirit with much knowledge about mental health. Her treatment has been impeccable and her nurse staff is amazing. I’ve had Sarah who has done my treatment. Sarah is amazing. She is kind and caring and easy to talk to. they are both understanding and make you feel comfortable and not judged with whatever you are going through. And that’s what I love about this office! The acceptance they bring to the table and sincerity of the care and Effort they put towards your treatment. There was one nurse I had named Derek however I did not have a pleasant check up with. It may have just not been a good day for him but I left the check up feeling a little disappointed. He has not done my treatment or taken the time to know anything about me and he immediately judged me based on problems I was going through. I felt uncomfortable and upset because he discontinued one of my prescriptions without evening notifying Sarah or Dr Bhasin and he did not talk to me kindly and I felt like be had a know it all attitude. He wanted to know why I hadn’t refilled one of my meds in a few months and why I hadn’t been there and used that as a reason to discontinue this medicine I had not been taking. I tried to explain that I had been severely sick the past few months since thanksgiving but he did not listen to me. I had been going through sickness and pneumonia and he made a smart remark about me needing to keep that when my pneumonia was so severe I had to be hospitalized and I also had sepsis which js life threatening. I found that comment rude inconsiderate and offensive as it has been pretty serious and I’ve been struggling since thanksgiving with being extremely sick and have missed a lot of work along with having to take a lot of medicine. I ended up admired to a hospital dir a while as well. I did not like the fact that he made a sarcastic remark involve a serious illness. I am giving this office a 5 start rating because so far my experience has been very pleasant here and as for the nurse Derek he has not really been my main person doing my treatment so one bad visit with a person I happened to not mesh with or like their style of treatment should not ruin the rating for the rest of the office. Dr Bhasin and Sarah have been incredible and always have made me feel comfortable. It was disappointing having that one appointment with Mr Derek but he is not my normal person so I am not letting it take away from my wonderful experience at Dr Bhasins office and the care and love this place brings to it’s customers daily. Everybody has their personal preferences on who they like for treatment and I just happened to not like his style. Thank you Dr bhasins office for always making me feel welcome and at home and I would recommend her to anybody looking for a great psychiatrist struggling with mental health or even just a psychiatrist to refill prescriptions. She is the best! Much love Mary”

“Absolutely stellar physicians with incredible empathy, compassion and knowledge. My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Bhasin and her staff for 7 years and there's a reason we keep coming back as well as refer others to this practice. It's insanely difficult to find a practice that encompasses all the necessities to treat patients as effectively as Dr. Bhasin and her staff have been able to do. We couldn't be more pleased! Well, assuming the issues with "Helen" are addr”

“My issue is not with the quality of care when you’re in office- that’s absolutely stellar. What’s unacceptable is the office’s switch to an AI assistant for phone calls. You are forced to leave a message, even if you’re another provider, and if you’re lucky someone will get back to you a week later about your concern. Even if you’re calling them back, you cannot get a live person on the phone no matter how hard you try. For the main decent psychiatry office in a multi-county area, this speed of service is absolutely unacceptable to deal with as a patient.”

“I had a serious negative experience with this office during VA Community Care treatment. After a psychiatric medication change, I had concerns about the dose, purpose, and medication coordination, and I sought written clarification before taking the medication. In my experience, the office did not handle the medication-clarification process, communication, or continuity of care appropriately. The provider relationship ended during an active episode of care, and I had to seek follow-up through VA. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office for patients who need careful medication reconciliation, timely communication, or coordinated psychiatric care.”
