How likely are you to recommend Diamond Nourish?
What patients say on Google
“My experience at Diamond Recovery in Braselton left me seriously concerned about how this facility handles fairness and accountability. I witnessed and experienced what felt like blatant favoritism, certain residents were given leeway and financial breaks that others were not, while I was pushed out when I couldn't meet steep cost demands. When I raised concerns about a staff member's conduct toward me, leadership's response was dismissive and defensive rather than genuinely addressing the issue. I also reported ongoing harassment from another resident, which continued despite my complaints, and policy violations I witnessed were ignored outright. If accountability and equal treatment matter to you, think carefully before trusting this facility with your care."”
“Never been to a residential until I came here from a different horrible facility. They treat you like a person and engage with you even when you're quiet/timid/shy or however you're like when you first come here, they're very patient.Groups are amazing especially when they encourage you to speak and not demand it. Very engaging topics to help you understand underlying challenges. One-on-one sessions also help with underlying challenges of your trauma, etc. Staff and clients are absolutely lovely especially the sisterhood you create throughout your stay. I highly recommend for every women struggling.”
“Diamond Nourish isn't a luxury equestrian farm with a private chef and laundering service. We were lied to about many things during the intake process. I hope that stops. This facility provides an environment where women can connect, bond, heal and start the process of recovery. However, DN is fairly new and has some areas that need improving: medical department communication, food for residents, safety, program structure and training for nurses & staff. Case Manager Maia is incredibly skilled. She made sure my loved one had all services in place at home before discharge. She never gave up. She helped our family so much. She receives 5 stars.”
“I was a resident here for 33 days. TAMARA the head staff here at Dimond is a complete and utter fool. She talks behind residents backs and lies to save her own. She only cares about her pay check. VESNA was my therapist and was HORRIBLE. Absolutely horrible. I do not recommend her to anyone. She should be fired. VESNA- misdiagnosed me and lied to staff and my family about my medication and medical needs. She is a new and young therapist- do not let your child waste their time with her. She is unfit. There is glass plates , cups and lamps everywhere throughout the facility. Easy for suicidal attempts. They only allow 10 min calls a couple times a week. I asked to call my baby boy who is an infant multiple times and was declined access. They require an ankle or wrist monitor on you at all times. Unfair treatment occurs daily to residents. Staff is uneducated. JAYDA is a horrible lead BHT. She lies and talks behind residents backs to head staff members- as that is what keeps her in the lead BHT position. Stay away and be careful what you say around her. As she will twist the truth. CHRISTINA the activity director is a complete and utter mean old women. Disrespectful and in appropriate towards residents. She might fit working in a jail setting- but not for young girls going through mental crisis or trauma. She needs to be fired. You do not want your child associated with her. I could have not completed the program if it was not for their case manger. I felt and still feel as if she was the only worker who truly cares about me. I give all my thanks to her. She is a true blessing for this facility and was the angel I needed to meet. All my love goes to her.”
