What patients say on Google

“I spent 30 days with the team here, and can honestly say I couldn’t have chosen a better facility. The staff here cares about each client individually and takes time out of their shifts to show appreciation. Lance and Shakeriya took great care of us as our concierges, and the techs all had great relationships with all of us. Unlike past inpatient facilities, that were filled with power dynamics and techs on high horses, the only difference between us and the staff is they were on the clock. I’m going home 30 days sober, finally properly medicated, and ready to take on whatever life has in store for me. Thank you eternally, diamond behavioral health.”

“If I could put lower I would honestly. Have been in an out of treatment the last 10 years. As a recovery additc this was not the place for me. Said it was a detox I was the only detox patient there got no help through my detox. They have only one housekeeper all week, don’t help you clean your rooms after 5 o’clock no one will take the trash out over flowing on he ground. Place is not managed right. You ask the tech to take the trash out they reply with that’s not my job. Chef shuts down the soda machine on the week ends so by Sunday we have nothing to drink. They try to manipulate you to stay saying you will have to pay out of pocket. Half of the things they offer are broken when you get there. this over all a terrible experience. If you’re going for mental health maybe but not for someone trying to stay clean . No meetings no sense of as treat you like your a prisoner for 28 days would not recommend to anyone”

“I had a great experience and recovery at Diamond. The first week was rough but I preserved and completed the program. Being here has thought me to advocate for myself in a healthy manner, set boundaries and enforce them, and stabilize my mood. I’m able to perform daily tasks and recognize when I need to ask for help. The team works together to provide group and individualized therapy. The chefs amazing and accommodating.”

“So Diamond Behavioral Health is what you make of it. If you find the negative you'll find it but if you look for the positive you'll find. I say this because not everything may go as planned but if your trying the staff will make sure you have what you need. Also if there are issues please don't make it a public group thing all the time. The staff work hard and will resolve your issues but you make it harder for you if all you do is complain all the time. 🤦 But yes most of the staff is great and when someone could have triggered me the staff surrounded me and made sure I was okay. Please hang around people who don't have to complain all the time it will mess with your recovery. I want to thank Diamond Behavioral Health for everything and wish them the best in the future. Thank you!!!”
