“Not consideate of their therapy patients. I had at least 4 appointments set before they let me know my counselor was leaving. They waited until I called them to inform me they had didn't have a counselor that could see me in the in person at the time of my already scheduled appointments. Seems pretty dangerous if you ask me, it I was being seen the the throws of my mental health crisis this would have sent me over the edge. The lady on the phone kept saying "I understand ma'am" and I don't think she does. If she did or the company understood I would not be in this position.”

There were many places that are not taking new clients, accept military Tricare, and or take our concerns seriously.
