What patients say on Google
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this psychological clinic for the excellent care we received. From the very first moment, we felt heard, understood, and supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Dr. Rubia Treviño, we were able to obtain an accurate diagnosis for my son. This has been essential in understanding his needs and providing him with the support he truly requires. Her compassionate approach, patience, and clear explanations gave us peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend this clinic to any family seeking guidance and psychological support. They truly make a positive difference in their patients’ lives. Tambien las consultas son en español todo el personal es bilingual. Gracias”
“The office staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Kim did an excellent job at cultivating a calming and supportive environment. She also did a great job at encouraging growth and reassurance when necessary.”
“Dr Kim Jermany is the only person that took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what my daughter needs. Been trying to get help since my daughter was 2 yrs old she is now 13. Thank you Dr Jermany. I look forward to working with you”
“I would give 0 stars if that were an option. My experience with this establishment has been extremely disappointing and, at times, unprofessional. I had testing completed and was told results would take 8–10 weeks. At 10 weeks, I was told it was still in process. Nearly 11 weeks in, I called again and received the same response. When I pointed out that it had already been 11 weeks (February 5 to April 21), I was told, “you had your testing done in February. It’s April—March, April.” This response was dismissive and did not address the actual timeline I was referencing. I was then told the results were still under review and needed physician sign-off, with an additional estimated wait of three more weeks. At that point, the timeline had extended to 12–15 weeks—far beyond what patients are told upfront. If that is the true turnaround time, it should be communicated clearly from the beginning. Repeatedly providing inaccurate expectations is misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, communication from staff was consistently poor and disrespectful. I was frequently spoken over and had difficulty getting a word in during the call, which made an already frustrating situation worse. There was also a separate issue involving my daughter’s appointment. She called ahead to inform the office she would be slightly delayed due to traffic but was still within the stated 10-minute grace period. She was told this was acceptable and that she would still be seen. Upon arrival, staff again confirmed she could proceed and provided paperwork to complete while waiting. After she completed all paperwork, she was then told she would not be seen and needed to reschedule and sooner available was 2 months later. This reflects a clear breakdown in communication and a lack of respect for patients’ time. Overall, the office appears disorganized, and front desk staff were inconsistent and discourteous in their communication. The only positive aspect of our experience was Dr. Jermany, who was professional and pleasant. Based on these experiences, we will be seeking care elsewhere.”
