“I was referred over by my long time provider - and being with my long time provider, I was very hesitant in the change. I was very shortly rest assured that Pauline was a perfect choice from my previous provider to place me with. I was having a VERY hard day when we met for my first appointment. I was having some peak symptoms emerging and was under pretty heavy stress and fighting the embarrassment of being introduced while presenting with obvious tics and signs of distress. Pauline made sure that she didn't skip a beat. She kept the conversation between us flowing and was sincere in reassuring me that I was not looking as deconstructed to her as I was fearing I was and that she understood how difficult it was for me in that moment. She took her time, she was patient with me, she did not discredit my knowledge of myself or my needs simply because I was exhibiting some dysregulated symptoms which was what had prompted my previous provider to get me over to her to begin with. She was clear on what our approach was going to be, what the treatment plan initially would look like, and the trajectory it would ideally follow. I obviously wasnt cured from a conversation but, I did not close out the experience with her in further distress and that was deeply appreciated at the time. I definitely recommend this provider for anyone that has to deal with higher performing symptoms and presentations of their mental health/psychiatric disorders and have possibly had experiences with providers that would not listen to you or minimized/dismissed your reports... Pauline will heal that betrayal for you. If you are someone who HAS had a great provider but is having to switch over for whatever reason - Pauline will also ease the hesitancy and fearfulness for you! I wish there were more stars to give.”

“I have to say. I could not be more happy with my experience here today. Just retired after 26 years in the Marine Corps and relocated from North Carolina to Texas. Since arriving in Texas, I have been really struggling with finding somebody for my continuing care from all the stuff left over from life in the service. I’ve been to several places so far. From trying to get the appointment set up and how friendly and hard the staff was working to try to get all my paperwork correct from all the different places I needed. To sitting down with the doctor and going through all my medication’s one by one coming up with a way better path than everything the military had me on I could not be more appreciative of.
