“I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I was told that my insurance was inactive and to call them. I called my insurance and was told that my insurance is active with no issues. I called back, Harmony answered. She wouldn't directly answer my question about what was going on with my insurance on their end and kept insisting that I go on their website to find a provider? She kept saying that I had to do an in person visit and that care is personalized to the patient or something along those lines. I was mad. Oh well. I go to the website, the same number is listed for every location. What a waste of time.”

“Dr. Ahlberg is one of the most caring and empathic Doctors in Jacksonville, NC. I have been coming to him for 12 years! If you have anything going on with your life, tell him. He may be fast but he is just being proficient and not making other patients wait a long time. If you need a longer appointment, tell the girls at the front and they will gladly help you. He has a huge freezer of ice creams that are name brands and it’s “cold therapy” after your appt. He works 24/7 and is always there for his patients. Love all the Medical Assistants and the girls at the front desk! They are all so sweet!”
