“My child began counseling here with Tamara Fields. Two weeks into counseling I was asked to change our agreed upon session day and time. After the first session at the new time, Tamara mentioned she changed my child's appointment time because she "wanted her off day back".🚩Then, there were no appointments during school holidays as if she was affiliated with KISD. This caused major regression for my child. To make matters worse, after a couple months Tamara stopped showing up to appointments. She would have an older lady (she never introduced herself) fill in. I mentioned to Tamara that my child has difficulty with change to which she said: "Well, he'll just have to be ok." There was never any warning that his counselor wouldn't be there. She seemed to have a ✌🏾family emergency✌🏾 every week where there was a holiday weekend. In January, after not having sessions for 3 weeks because of Tamara's schedule, the day of my child's appointment the secretary called to push his appointment back and I just advised her we wouldn't be returning. Tamara Fields doesn't take her profession and other's mental well being seriously. She treats her this as if it's a side gig. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE”

“Their name is "Crystal Clear", but yet they cannot provide a CLEAR appointment time, just a generality about a day and the one time they did give a time, the woman was over an HOUR late and acted as though we were rude for expecting punctuality. Any office that did this would reschedule and apologize and If the client were an hour late I'm certain that they would charge them, but what is the client's recourse here?They need to service their employees with behavioral therapy. Appointments in the client's home are presumably for convenience, but wasting half a day out of work for what should be a cut and dry hour is anything but convenient. They should try out cable services, that sort of scheduling might suit their poor scheduling better.”

“Was abandoned and discharged by provider. During a therapy session where I was intimidated by a family member during family therapy. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was left to figure things out on my own. And had to get law Enforced involved. Thank God session was virtual and not in person.”
