“I had a C&P VA exam done here. The doctor downplayed all my conditions and after saying that I had suicidal ideation, he joked about it being passive ideations and that he was thankful that he didn't have to call an ambulance and admit me to a hospital right now. Said I have panic attacks 3+ times a week. VA claim said panic attacks weekly AND not every week. How is that even possible? Fast forward 2 weeks. Nothing that we discussed nor the suicidal ideation were on the DBQ submitted to the VA. Now I must go through the process again of filing an appeal for this doctor's inability to listen and document patient's ailments. Funny thing is he also did my TBI C&P, which I was denied for. If you get scheduled here for a C&P exam, reschedule somewhere else immediately. Robert Benson is the doctor's name and he will make sure you have to appeal or re-do a claim. He has been doing VA exams since 1991 so I wonder how many other veterans he has done this to.”
