“Read there consent form thoroughly as it states this company will report you to federal agencies, to law enforcement, shares your PHI throughout the office with all its providers. This place is far more overreaching than any other counseling place. I have been in counseling for years and not one other therapy office has ever said they would report you for everything, past or present info. Its all able to be used against you. The office lady had no clue what she was talking about and has no recollection of "the policy" of consenting your life away to the law and criminal justice system. Most therapist have you sign a HIPPA form and a form that says they are mandated reporters not that everything you say can and will be held against you.”
