“Absolutely giving you all a one star. And I highly recommend a new team for my step son. Letter of complaint has been wrote to each facility and higher up. I do not feel it is appropriate for Terry Austin to come into the home alone with my step son and be in his room. Especially without consent. My husband only new about this issue because my step son called his father about an Nintendo switch that was hidden quite well. Also, Mr. Austin went into my nine year old sons room who has no association with compass health whatsoever. I was told that because my husband gave him consent nothing legally can be done at this time. Well, the only reason why consent was even given was because mr. Austin was already inside the home. So my husband had no choice. So that was not verbal consent. My step son has a lot of on going issues that have yet been resolved and are willing to be resolved. He needs major help and mr. Austin and the team has done nothing but enable.”
