How likely are you to recommend Community Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“If I could give them negative stars I would. These guys are sneaky so watch your back! They tried to bill me for the same intake twice- but with an added description on the second one. They changed the dates of the actual appointments because my insurance denied them for trying to claim it 2 years later!! They have even claimed extra time or "established patient" repeatedly for dates and times on their own time. These are the same people that when I postponed my appointments after receiving an outrageous bill, did not call me back to establish the issue and then dropped me completely! I was on a medication that I could not just stop! When I called them on it, they told me I would have to intake and be reestablished again! I thought that was crazy for under a year, but I see I went through it 8 times apparently!!! Plus, their therapists suck.”
“Did not have a good experience here. Dr. Suni, the medical director wanted my son to transport his meds back and forth each week in an uber so that she can do a pill count. How dangerous is this. He could have accidentally left the meds in the uber. Not to mention, he could just dump pills to be the # she needs to see. The professional and safe way to verify if he was taking his meds would be to order a blood test. which she did not. Not to mention, they never requested his medical records from previous doctor. they took my word for the medications he was prescribed. Not smart or safe. I could have made up the meds that he was prescribed. He is not longer going to this place. Dr. Suni called in his last prescriptions and included a med that he was no longer taking. Thank goodness I keep track of this stuff and told the pharmacy no to refill this med. Goes to show, she doesn't pay attention. His therapist was not helpful at all. his sessions were short (not the full time). checking with the insurance co. as I am sure he was billed for the full time. He was also billed for sessions that he never attended. it took them a couple of weeks to correct the billing. I am also checking with the insurance company as I am sure they did not correct the billing to the insurance company. Ms. Tina had no personality at all. Not the type of person you would want to open up to. She seemed miserable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
“Quite a ways out in advance, I put my appointments on hold. I did this with an explanation. The billing had not only never gotten with me, but then hit me with an outrageous amount. I was immediately discharged and not even told! Who discharges someone without telling them when they are on medication that they cant just stop taking???!!! Incredibly unprofessional. My therapist however was quite awesome.”
“I was going to CBH for some outpatient services as well as for something and the court had let me pick what mental health facility I went to. So I decided CBH was the place. I was seeing a man at first but then he left the practice. Then I meet Tina, and nothing prepared me for the living nightmare she turned my life into. She sent a message behind my back to my parole officer, and tried to convince everyone on my mental health team that she is the only one who could diagnose me. Her supervisor even spoke to me to get my take on the story and she decided Tina should NOT be allowed access to me. Tina made me cry, Tina made me feel small. She is an entitled white woman who could NEVER understand the feelings of a Latina woman WHO BY THE WAY is already marginalized!!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this person place for addiction counseling go anywhere else but here. One star for Tina but 5 stars for Dr Jani, Danielle, Dale, Amanda, Dr Siddiqui, and Dr Chapla”
