I was especially fortunate to work with my counselor, Joy, my provider, Liz, and my case manager, Caroline. They made the entire process easy to navigate and were exceptional at what they do. The facility is well maintained, with bathrooms that are consistently clean, and the food is decent overall. Having been exposed to other treatment centers that accept state insurance, I can confidently say that Avenues stands out for the quality of care and support it provides. If you’re willing to put in the work, you’ll absolutely gain something valuable from the experience. That said, it’s important to go in with realistic expectations—this isn’t a luxury setting. The food and dining are decent but not standout, and while many staff members are great, a few could benefit from additional professional development.
