“Most of the staff is great, in particular the providers and nurses. I've been going here for years. There are a few staff members, however, on the phones and at the front desk who seem to always have an attitude, are constantly argumentative and are more interested in clocking out than helping anyone. I'm in group therapy and a lot of the other patients have the same problem as well. The "two stars" goes to all the awesome staff there that have literally helped me save my life. I'm a totally different person than when i started. At the same time, I think a bad attitude is worth losing 3 stars. Especially considering this is a continuous issue for me and other patients as well. I mean... people's LIVES are in your hands. You took the job, if you don't want to do it then leave please! It takes ZERO effort to be kind, you even have a sign about how to do it at the front desk 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣”

“FYI TO THE PATIENTS !!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 This place is all the red flags from not getting call back to make appointments to the point I have to go in building to make appointment all year. As well as a so called medical professional ghosting your virtual appointment and having to go in person to get refunded and find out what is going on cause no staff will calls you back!!!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! GET BETTER AT YOUR JOBS!!! MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS!!! In order to get your medical records you will have go into office to find out if they are ready or not. You will NOT get call they are ready for pick up by Tiffany or staff even when you are told you will. No one will respond to voicemails either. Oh yeah can’t forget that $10 charge!!!!”

From the front desk, to the nurse that comes to get you for weight & blood pressure, to the nurse you speak with before seeing Dr. Mikhail, all of them are wonderful, kind and caring. For Dr. Mikhail, I have only met a few other doctors in Jacksonville, in my 39 years here, who takes the time with their patients like he does. He's very genuine, caring, understanding, concerned for your well being and just an all around nice Doctor. He cares for his patients and what they are dealing with. I have never felt rushed anytime I have had an appointment, he always has time to listen and offer kind words of advice. You will never be disappointed in choosing Dr. Mikhail as your Doctor.”
