“We sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes after our appointment time and never even got the new patient paperwork. Never got a hello or a "someone will be with you soon." We weren't acknowledge by ANY STAFF the entire time we were there. There's a 25 dollar fee for no shows, but they no showed for our appointment while we were waiting in the waiting room. If they do not respect my time I will not stay. Looks like I'll be on the hunt once again for a new psychiatrist for my daughter.”

“Absolutely the WORST place to take your child. I DO NOT recommend. The office staff are incredibly RUDE. “Papa Joe” is a joke. He does not care about the needs of his patients. He literally told us “there’s nothing else I can do for him that’s just how your kid is” he is rude, unprofessional, and I’ll NEVER recommend him to ANYONE!! My son has been seeing a new psychiatrist and they finally got him all lined out and he’s a different kid! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would because they don’t even deserve the one!!!!!!!!!”

“Absolutely love Papa Joe and all the staff here. I read reviews before leaving this one and have never experienced these 'long' wait times or unorganized or rude encounters. Sometimes my son doesn't have much to say but I sure do about whatever is happening and he listens to me as good as he does my son and helps. I mean he really comes up with a detailed solution and helps with details to get it started and if at any time I need help with anything outside the appointment, the ladies up front are always ready to help. Just wanna say if these people with these complaints would complain to the Dr or staff with the problems maybe the service could be adjusted more to their liking. Running to Google reviews with complaints doesn't seem very proactive. These situations can be uncomfortable and no matter how difficult some of this stuff is to discuss I don't think I could have found a group of people more helpful and happy about doing it. Thank you Papa Joe and all the ladies up front. 🥰”

“In the beginning there was a frustrating wait time. However, after having been going back for several months now it’s not bad at all. I understand why the wait was long in the beginning. It’s simply due to the number of patients and the time they take to get to know the children. After a few appointments it goes far quicker and smooth. They stay in contact with you. The acknowledge children, even if it’s not their own patient, with a friendly smile or joke. It’s refreshing to see the friendly and happy attitudes! It’s worth it!”
