“The process for same day access is horrible! 2 hours is an unrealistic time frame for this appointment, as the assessment process has over 200 questions, and must I add that they will not read any evaluation paperwork that has already been done prior to make this appointment, to go more smoothly. The registration process is handled by individuals whom are unprofessional and rude, and I also did not appreciate the cluelessness of "professional" completing the assessment for intake. Horrible. Waste of time, commit your time to some real professionals that take the time to get to really know you, so they can assess your needs appropriately.”
