“This is the worst excuse for a mental health facility ever. I was having a mental health emergency and my counselor didn't even bother calling me back. I was freaking out on the phone to them and the only thing they did for me was try to connect me to a voicemail. I could have killed myself 10 times in the amount of time it took for them to get back to me. 1 week it took to hear a response. And when I told someone this just now, I didn't even get an apology. They obviously do not care about the individuals that need help. To them this is just another job to pay the bills and they all need to find work elsewhere if they do not care about people.”
