How likely are you to recommend Centerstone?
What patients say on Google
“Terrible service, social workers yelling at clients; acting out of retaliation. Allowing the social workers to threaten people services. Then you report then they never call back they tried giving me a number to call yet they never returned the call this place is a joke”
“I wish I could give you negative stars. My experience with Centerstone during a severe mental health crisis was negligent and profoundly damaging. My assigned therapist abandoned me by canceling sessions, effectively choosing to punish me for the symptoms of the depression I was fighting. When I desperately reached out to Centerstone Administration to escalate my care, the receptionist offered a completely useless 'we'll get back to you,' demonstrating a chilling indifference to my stated crisis, including suicidal thoughts and feelings of violence. The most shocking breach of trust came from the Centerstone Crisis Line (Stride). The counselor actively obstructed help, coldly stating they 'just don't do outpatient referrals,' and then attempted to force me into inpatient hospitalization, which I had clearly stated would result in losing my new job. Centerstone's complete failure at every critical juncture wasted precious time, left me feeling actively sabotaged, and dangerously validated my sense of total hopelessness. The staff’s incompetence and negligence put my life at risk.”
“This company treated me inappropiratly refused to follow through after a employee retaliated to a client after thwy were called out for not doing their job also refused to call back after a week.”
“I genuinely hate this place they never answer the phone it takes for ever for them to actually get back to you and the therapists just dont care”
