How likely are you to recommend Carrie Bock - By The Well Counseling?
What patients say on Google
“Carrie is by far the very best counselor I have had. I am only no longer a patient due to moving but, years later, her outstanding care, intentionality, and expertise stand out as truly above the rest. She helped me to help myself in an incredibly impactful way, with different methods that matched me. Highly recommend. Wish I could still be under her care virtually.”
“Assisted my daughter in trying to find a therapist. She is 18 and in high school. I booked an appointment for her but needed to confirm if By the Well took her insurance or not before being seen. I called 2 different times and got a voicemail. I was finally able to get in touch with Carrie Bach this morning. When I asked if she took insurance she does not, no big deal. However, she was very rude about it. She also made a point to speak very condescending and talk over me to say "I really don't like adults making appointments for other adults it's not a good recipe." First of all, my daughter wanted the appointment. I was only calling to ask about insurance. My daughter is in school and would never be able to call during office hours. Furthermore, she wanted me to assist with the appointment as she has anxiety (reason for appt) and is unsure and nervous how to do so. Policies are fine asking if she takes insurance has nothing to do with the privacy of my child and definitely did not warrant attitude. Very happy that she showed her true colors. Someone that can be so rude and snappy with a polite stranger trying to help her daughter is not the kind of person we were looking for. There are nicer ways to handle people and I would have expected a therapist to know how to do so.”
“Carrie is an expert when it comes to EDMR. I started 5 months ago and I never imagined my life would be where it is today. Carrie worked out a plan for me and her EDMR therapy has changed my life. Highly recommend!”
“Carrie is amazing! She helped me with anxiety, trauma issues and self-care.”
