“My review is not based on the therapy provided here. It's their billing! Had an appointment in May, insurance did not seem to be filled in a timely manner, in fact, it was 5 months after! They sent me a bill and charged my card, without warning, at the same exact time. When I reached out, they were just like, sorry. You agreed to this. But no warning? It was actually not a good time for the charge for our family, and it's the holidays. I've I'd gotten the bill 5 months ago, I would've paid it then. Charging people's card without warning is NOT okay.”

“We have seen Dr. Pressman for years for our daughter and she has been amazing to work with. She always took care to be in line with parent goals for their child. Highly recommend! Kristi at the front desk is sweet and easy to work with. Office is always quiet, clean, and welcoming.”

“Having been with this office for 7+, I am now under the care of Dr. Vasquez. I was nervous about the transition at first but quickly realized I’m receiving superior care. Additionally, at the request of my child’s teachers, I had my son evaluated for ADHD. I can’t say enough about initial session and follow ups with Dr V. She was amazing at connecting with a my 12 year old son who even said “that was actually fun, I really like her” when we left. She explained medication options in terms I could understand and expeditiously returned phone calls with medication changes. I can’t say enough about her care. Highly recommend.”

“Before the past year everything was great and they were responsive. Now I don’t get replies from the front office or Dr. Travis whether it be email or calling. Can’t speak for the other psychiatrists there but I haven’t been able to see Dr. Travis since August of last year and they haven’t replied to me since December. Would not recommend.”
