To the previous poster, Ms. Coleman, it's important to remember that therapists are human too and get ill and have family crises, as well. It's also important that if you were dissatisfied with one therapist, that you request to see someone different. Be fair and do not paint an entire office of professionals with a broad brush of negative reviews!”

“Unfortunately our very first appointment was canceled and we didnt know. We drove one hour to the facility just to be told that the counselor was sick. So we made it to our second appointment with no issues but our third appointment she canceled again. We drove all the way there again to be told that our counselor canceled again. They said they sent me a text message. I told them a phone call would have been nice. We decided to find another therapist. I didnt even receive a 24 hour notice like most facilities expect from their patients. We are disappointed because of the waste of my time.”
