“Every time I phone here, I either have an issue getting my call picked up or have rude receptionists. I called twice just now regarding an appointment text I received not long ago. The first time it rang someone picked up, said nothing, and hung up on me. The second time it rang I was sent to voicemail. Genuinely the only positive I can think of here is Jade. She is so amazing, attentive, and compassionate. Her help has kept me here, but the office staff makes every experience borderline miserable.”
