How likely are you to recommend Brightwater Health?
What patients say on Google
“My roommate came home today from her new job crying. She left this morning in a good mood. She was excited to start working today, and had a food delivery to HDC. She made a mistake in the order that was delivered and had to return. They were mean, and hostile. The delivery was to a woman named crystal and she was extremely rude to my friend and made her cry, and didn’t leave a tip. My friend is a single mom to a special needs girl, and barely scraping by. I thought this was a safe place that helps people? Am I wrong? I wouldn’t recommend going here if that’s how they treat people…. Growing up, I was a troubled teen and had been to hdc before. My mom pulled me out and found different resources after a few months because they were passive aggressive. I had hoped they found new friendly staff but I realize this isn’t the case and they are just as problematic now as they were 6 years ago when I attended. Super disappointed, and my heart hearts for my friend right now. Do better please.”
