What patients say on Google

“I like the drs. They really listened to me. But it takes them forever to answer the phone. I called 3 times so far today and still no one has answered. Do better!”
Mare Murphy
“I waited months for an appointment at this office only to show up and be told the person I was supposed to be seeing was no longer there. Had I been informed, I could have been looking for someone else for who knows how long. They said they sent a letter which I never received. How hard is it to send a text message, or a phone call to let patients know when a provider has left?”
Danielle Wever
“The workers help people when they’re there and genuinely seem concerned about their patients but the establishment is only open THREE days a week with no back up phone number to call for a doctor. That’s the most insane thing I’ve ever heard for a behavioral health place. When they’re closed the patients have to be taken to the hospital. Literally no other options. That’s not how any reputable business should run.”
Katie McKay
“I am posting this to help others avoid what I've been dealing with for many months. I can call on any given day or time and the answering machine picks up, I have continuous problems with getting my medications filled and even filled properly. Are they not the professionals? Apparently I need to find somewhere that takes my mental health seriously”
Sherri Irwin
