“My provider is nice they have thorough assessments and resources. My counselor specializes in different things normal counselors don't deal with and is now certified for EMDR. They do telehealth and take CCBH and can do EMDR via tele health. Which is great because my doctor wanted me to have it last year. it was really hard to find anyone in the area that did it and I found someone in Altoona that did it, but they refused to do it and wanted to try some other crap what didn't work out. I'm really grateful I found Mount North! I really like my counselor at Mount North! And it's awesome I'll be able to get that therapy from the comfort of my own home. And my counselor is really good about explaining everything and everything is at my discretion so if I become uncomfortable with something we can stop. she's really good, one of the best counselors I've seen. And she's open to different stuff like jungian psychology”
