“For those who take the step to seek help I applaud you. I know how difficult it can be. I took the step and failed because I chose the wrong counselor. The deal breaker for me was that Craig would not even acknowledge I asked one question that I needed an answer to. It was important to me to hear his opinion. Apparently, he didn't like my question so he simply ignored it several times. At a bare minimum he should have at least said I cannot answer that at this time but I got nothing so he gets a review of two stars.”
“Currently seeing Craig Felton at Breakthrough counseling & so far very impressed with his attitude, logical approach, & ability to connect with at a personal level. I'm only a couple appointments in but am very impressed It would be 5 stars if there was more days/ later appointments for in person counseling but he is very accommodating.”
