“Appointment for a new patient made with this dental office in brevard. Go in for appointment, pay for the appointment only to be told that it would be close to two years before being seen. What I want to know is why when the call was made to make the appointment, was not told about the two-year wait. Would have never gone to the appointment, knowing that it would be at least two years. I think this is very deceitful and dishonest.. Most people wouldn’t go if they knew it was going to be two years away so in other words in an eight hour day, let’s say they see four people in an hour at $50 a pop for eight hours a day. That means they’re making $1600 To do absolutely nothing but tell you, they won’t see you for two years. With what’s going on with everyone’s lives today with the economy, etc., people don’t have money to throw away For no reason. Your practice in my opinion and it is only my opinion, but I feel you’re dishonest, you’re deceitful and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Full disclosure should be given upfront.”
