“Idk why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve been a patient for over a year now and everyone there has really tried to help me. They are professional and I don’t have any issues bc I use the portal for my heath and the mental health office always picks up when I call. I feel cared for here and I’ve lived in a lot of places. I think everyone should advocate for their own health and not expect mental and health professionals to be magicians.”

“The receptionist at Blue ridge behavioral health in Brevard is the absolute worst. She is heartless and cruel and should NOT be dealing with behavioral health patients or the general public at all!!!!! In addition, the physchiatrist I see there needs to work on her bedside manner as well. Very ugly facial expressions to any questions, comments or concerns I ever have. Seems like these people who specialize in mental health really don't need to be providing service to those of us in need when you are so dismissive, disrespectful and just plain rude for absolutely no reason!”

So, if you have someone you care about in your life and you would like to reach out to their doctor to try to get them some help, just know BRCHS will give the patient your personal information after giving them a 5 week heads up on their drug test.”
