“just called and asked if they offer adult mental health counseling at Niagara Falls Location. Give out all info to register then they tell me that location is only for children. Receptionist very rude asking why I need mental health services. Wasted ten minutes to get nowhere. Don't bother calling this place!!!!”
“I tried three times!!! Went through a few prompts before waiting in que at 4 (15 minute wait) to have it ring one time and nobody answers and it goes to voice-mail. If their phone etiquette is any indication of their services then don't waste your time!”
