The office manager Bailey is on top of it and was very good at following up and making sure everything was taken care of. She let me know how much everything would be ahead of the appointment, what insurance would cover, what would be out of pocket and even followed up to remind me of the upcoming appointment. Dr. Martin is amazing, you can tell she truly cares and takes the time to really listen to you and your issues. She’s very warm and friendly, excellent at explaining everything she does and extremely thorough with her feedback and notes. She does a great job at breaking everything down to make it all as easy to understand as possible. I can honestly say that without the help of Dr. Martin I wouldn’t be in the place I am now, she has helped me more than I can express.”
