How likely are you to recommend Ally Psychiatry - Pelham?
What patients say on Google
“I have had such a positive experience with Katie. She truly takes the time to listen and makes me feel heard and understood rather than rushed through an appointment. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and explains treatment options in a way that is easy to understand. I’m very grateful to have found someone I feel comfortable talking to and trust with my care. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatric provider.”
“I have been a patient since March 2026. I have yet to be seen by the actual psychiatrist. Only 1 in person appointment with Josh. (Not a doctor). The rest have been tele-health with Josh or a female nurse. And Josh is short with me and not helpful for me. After speaking with Josh or the one other female nurse practitioner ( tele-health), my ADHD prescription does not reach the pharmacy for maybe 2 weeks. I have now been without my ADHD medication for at least a month and a half! Communication with this group is like non-existent! If you call the number for the office, they NEVER answer. You do get options to leave a message, or get a call back. BUT, that message or call back rolls to an external call center...not the actual psychiatrist office. I am working on finding a different Psychiatrist that is covered by my insurance. My recommendation is for patients to NEVER consider this group! You would be lucky to even see the actual psychiatrist...much less get your medicine sent in!”
“This is the worse place to go if you care about your mental health. In the beginning everything was great my Dr had me on medication that was working for me but after having her for almost 2 years. On my next appointment a new face popup, not a doctor but a nurse practitioner, I have not met with a doctor since. The very first thing she does is change my medication, but you’re not a doctor so explain to me how you can adjust it. You can never get anyone on the phone unless you hit to pay a bill. I saw her every 3 months please explain to me why I have to call and beg her for something that she has already received payment for. I had to start a mediation 4 times because didn’t send my medication even after the Pharmacy sent many requests. That’s not even the worst part, I am not going to tell you the person, by coincidence me and this person both see her and with some similarities she figured it out. After I told her “NP” I was going to find a new Doctor this person “patient” has came to me multiple times saying that she has mentioned me several times in their session. I reported it and NOTHING WAS DONE, “ we are so sorry to hear that we will have our director to call you “ mean while it’s going on the second month. When you call the message says YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US, please do not go here if it is important to you.”
“The Doctor is amazing, but his staff are the worst. They are either extremely incompetent, lazy, or they just don’t care about the patients. I can’t get anyone to call me back. EVER! The person responsible for calling in important prescriptions either doesn’t call them in at all, or screws it up. I haven’t had a successful office visit yet, where they haven’t messed something up. I am dependent on these people to help my son. And all it does it cause me stress! Do not go here if you have any other options.”
