“I called in need of assistance with myself! I called and left a message about assistance! I tried multiple times to get a person! I got a woman in Sharon and she transferred me to automated system and I got someone from front desk! She transferred me upstairs however I got the same automated system so I hung up! Called back got a woman who was crunching her lunch and not speaking clearly! She game me the number for upstairs so called the number and I got the same automated system! Well that was awful!!!”

“Their policies have changed on me. They don't seem to care that you rely on dart or uber to get to appointments. Anytime I try to make an appointment they want me to schedule for the same day. I don't have any family or friends to rely on and dart is next day appointments only. Also I can't afford uber all the time because my family is on a fixed income. They always tell me to go to convenience care. I loved how I was treated when I first became a patient, but now I wouldn't reccomend them.”
