“After years of doing physical therapy with some of the best the military has to offer, I was not sure what to expect after walking in here since it was so different from what I was used to and what I was expecting. But the Lord puts us where we are supposed to be, and I decided to give it a shot. Dr. Maria is not only incredible at her job, but she took the time to get to know me and tailored my recovery specifically to what would benefit me best for what I was doing in my life and moving forward. She has been a true blessing, and I am light years from where I was when I started.”

“When I booked my first appointment for PT with Dr. Maria in preparation for an upcoming surgery, I wasn't really sure what to think. Could an office like this handle a full joint replacement recovery? I mean, there were stairs! This must just be for little injuries, right?  Wrong. The office, the approach, the doctor - they were all so different than other PT places I'd been. But then again, I'd had PT at a more traditional PT office and felt like my sessions were mostly a waste of time as someone largely watched me doing my at-home exercises. I figured it was worth a try. Dr. Maria met me outside the office to help me navigate the stairs during my early sessions until I was confident doing them myself, and I left my first session (after a very tough first week of recovery) knowing, without a doubt, I was in the right place. I had no idea Physical Therapy could be like this! One-on-one, with all the time to ask questions, education to understand the muscles and what was going on in my body, compassionate understanding about the physical (and emotional) ups and downs of a long recovery, and shared decision making. She invited my husband into some sessions so that he could learn how to do some of the stretches at home, validated me, and legit cheered me on by affirming the seemingly tiny steps that were really hard. She was invested in me from the very first and was, hands down, one of the biggest factors in how far I've come with my recovery. My surgeon was there to fix, but Dr. Maria was there to heal - and that is about a lot more than building muscle and movement. Do yourself a favor, don't go anywhere else for PT. This is an experience far superior to what else is out there. Your body, your health, and your wellbeing - you're worth it.”

“My fiancé went here and they threatened to charge her card the $100 fee for rescheduling her appointment because our road hadn’t been plowed yet after a snow storm, even though her therapist had texted her the night before and they had discussed rescheduling as an option due to the weather, with no mention of charging the fee at that time (my fiancé confided that she wasn’t comfortable doing a virtual therapy session as we live in a tiny home with no private space available). The charge was only mentioned after it was too late for her to make it to her scheduled appointment. Yes, we were made aware of their 24 hr cancellation policy at the first appointment, but the poor communication and lack of understanding around this extenuating circumstance is just not for us. If you can’t do virtual and don’t want to be charged $100 if you can’t make your appointment no matter what the reason is (even if it would risk your safety, no exceptions)… don’t go here. We own a business with a 24 hr cancellation policy as well, but we make exceptions when warranted because we know some things are beyond the client’s control… And especially if there was any miscommunication on our part. They ended up making her come in for an appointment that same day in 5 inches of snow as the only way to avoid the charge. Then called to try and “resolve” the issue after when there was nothing left to resolve”
