“This place was great when Brooke was still around she was absolutely AMAZING! Also when they had a different front office staff. New front office staff is nasty and unkind!!! They can’t get your appointments right, they will tell you one date then you show up and the front office staff looks at you like you’re stupid because they don’t have you on the schedule. Yet your patient portal has the correct date. Whoever is making these appointments don’t know what they are doing and for mental health providers you would think the staff would be more kind. Make it make sense? Will never be back and I do not recommend anyone coming here for mental health support any longer. Shameful behavior!!”
