What patients say on Google
“The staff is extremely disrespectful. I had called asking if the doctor who diagnosed me with adhd could do an adult autism assessment for me because my therapist had requested that I do that. I was left a voicemail with a very nasty attitude that the doctor “just didn’t feel like I had autism and didn’t see the point in seeing me,” even though I had told them that my therapist wanted me to get evaluated because she believes I am very high functioning and mask it extremely well. Later on, my therapist wanted to see my paperwork for my adhd diagnosis, and I gave my consent for those forms to be sent to her. They would not send the forms, and were giving her weird excuses, and my therapist ended up having to contact them, and they also gave her a lot of attitude, talked down to her, and made her feel belittled. When she finally got the documents and looked over them, she found that throughout the paperwork, they didn't even use the correct name when talking about me.”
“Dr Reid is very professional without being detached. He is engaged with my case and is kind and empathetic. I am so glad I chose him to do my ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder testing. He did not doubt my story and how it took 60 odd years to come to my conclusion. You can fully trust him and his methods.”
“50/50. Tell doc u Yankees fan. Everybody is there but they aren't. Perfect place to be 4 U N Me But they are the place that's there, but like a race horse they come up lame right when youre almost there. This will set me back That's when I leave a review. They are great until you really need them. Then they aren't there. Better than just not being there. They don't have enough time to care about you It's a pity. Ummm. Dear my Prudence And I see clearly now. everywhere sucks, that's not anyone's fault. I found a place and I get told different things, it's ok:. Sucks but if life were perfect it would be called Trump. Tell the old Quaker in the back the Orioles are junk and will never win again in life just like me..... No pitching”
“My experience as a new patient with Dr. Hilton's practice was deeply disappointing. There were several concerning issues with both communication and professionalism. Initially, I submitted required forms twice via fax, which were received but not processed. Dr. Hilton claimed she couldn't complete them due to not knowing me well enough, suggesting I book another appointment. During my second visit, rather than using the time to better understand my needs, she focused on repeating that she didn't know me. The session felt unproductive, as I wasn't given clear guidance on how to proceed with our conversation.More troublingly, Dr. Hilton indicated she would disclose our session details to my employer. When I sought alternative care and requested my forms, she initially retained them, then claimed only her supervisor could release them. My attempts to contact the supervisor were unsuccessful, with staff only providing access to voicemail. The scheduling system was equally problematic. The office incorrectly claimed I had canceled appointments, when I had actually attended both scheduled sessions. Instead of finding support, I left each visit feeling increasingly distressed. A mental health practice should provide relief and support, not additional anxiety and frustration. I cannot recommend this practice due to these serious concerns about patient confidentiality, professional conduct, and administrative reliability.”
