“I’ve been coming here for a couple years now.. I love Peter, Kyle, Jacque and Autumn… but I cannot stand the new check in/appointment reminder system. I am called by a million different numbers, if I decline the call because I’m at work or busy (and have no idea who is calling me?!), I will IMMEDIATELY receive another call from a new random number and a voicemail is left after that one is declined. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could just confirm your appointment with a simple yes or no through text, but to confirm the appointment and stop these calls, you have to click a link to a website, it asks if your info is up to date and correct, even if you say yes, you STILL have to go through each category and confirm it one by one. THEN the system asks you to put your card on file and tries to offer you multiple sketchy, scammy offers from companies that are just trying to get your data and information. It’s really messed up. I don’t trust it, but I literally have to do it unless I want to be spam called all day every day the week before my appointment and have 100 voicemails left on my phone. I know this isn’t a single staff members fault, so I’m leaving a review because corporate.. you need to hear that patients do not appreciate this. We all know you only see us as $$$, but you don’t have to make it so blatantly obvious. Your patients are people. It’s pathetic that you’re making the office staff hand us iPads with ridiculous advertisements on them and not let them actually talk to us to confirm our information because you hope we’ll agree to sign up for one of the bs companies you advertise for. Do better.”
