How likely are you to recommend Aspirus St. Luke's Superior Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“I went in for a simple wellness visit, with St Lukes I never had to be on guard, that has changed drastically. I was asked at the end of the appointment if there was anything else, I should have lied. Due to my telling the truth my insurance was billed for a wellness visit on top of a normal office visit. My annual labs were then incorrectly coded AND I was grossly overcharged for those labs. A simple wellness visit has resulted in over $1000 in bills. I have spoken to at least 4 separate people to get this fixed, insurance says it is Aspirus' fault, Aspirus says it is insurances fault. I have been stuck in the middle of this circular argument and cannot find any road to getting this fixed. Negative reviews are not my thing but in this instance I feel this needs to be shared so no one ends up in this nightmare.”
“Fifty-fifty. On one hand some days I have felt heard and got the care I was asking for; on other days like today, it was a bit crap. I called out of work early to go to a follow up. Spent an hour driving to the clinic, hit road construction, and needed to stop for an emergency bathroom break. Called them to let them know I was on my way; they said fine. I still made it within their grace period (albeit by like two minutes, still if you're going to post it stick to it) but was informed to reschedule. No leeway, no listening. Today definitely has me feeling a kind of way. Can't speak to Noah's review as I haven't interacted much with the reception manager, but the other receptionist on the right is super kind. Other star lost because they overhauled their payment system months ago, and it still isn't fixed. Hopefully that gets fixed soon. Three seems about right. Somewhat good, but some complaints. Not terrible, but reliability is mid.”
“Horrible service!! You Can't get a call back for a referral for an x-ray and mammogram. the appointment desk keeps transferring you to the different departments and it's always an answering machine. I Left numerous messages with no return calls. Ever since aspire took over, things have definitely changed for the worst. I have been with st. Luke's for over 40 years This is the first time in my life I have left a review.”
“Doctor was 1 hour late and I had to cancel appointment. Don’t go here if you have obligations but if you have 3 hours to burn and then get a few minutes with a physician this is your place.”
