“As a neighbor to a group home this organization runs, I can not believe the constant chaos that emanates from this property. The police are constantly called, the clients appear to be completely ignored when they are in crisis, and the staff I have interacted with are totally apathetic to the concerns of both the clientele and the neighborhood. How they get millions of dollars in state funding is beyond me.”
