“I have been a patient at my providers office for 30 years. NEVER have I been so disgusted with them. Ever since they joined hudson headwaters, there is no personality. Everyone is just a number, I cant even get an appointment!! I have been trying for two months to get an appointment. Same response from your no personality call center. Hudson headwaters is all about quantity and ZERO quality. You really need to worry more about your patients than lining your pockets. Do better!”

“Thought it was great my daughter USED to see Sarah Taslima , she’s wonderful, insurance covered everything until the last appointment we had when we thought we had a reoccurrence of my daughters last foot episode and it turn out to be not (luckily) but the bill had me in tears. I called praying it was a mistake but because she didn’t have the same it it was something else, I had to pay in full almost $500. More then my weeks pay. Never again”

“I fell badly in September over 2 years ago and couldn't get my usual provider, who is usually pretty good. The one I did see made me feel like the only reason I had a swollen leg is because I'm fat, told me it's a bruise and sent me home without even doing an x-ray with instructions to exercise more. When I told her I felt and heard a pop in my leg, she rolled her eyes. According to an orthopedist, the correct care would have been to do an x-ray and put me on rest. As a result of her lack of care, I now have two leg bones that are rubbing together and chronic pain. I complained formally and it took them over a month to get back to me to tell me they did nothing wrong. Ever since then, I've heard absolutely nothing from them except my automatically scheduled gynecology appointments. Messages to another doctor I was put in touch with when I refused to see the original doctor have gone completely unanswered. I feel like I'm being punished for complaining about malpractice. I now haven't seen a doctor or had a checkup in almost 2 years, and some days I'm completely unable to walk. And they don't care.”
