“I am thankful for the way ARROW serves the community by keeping things affordable. The counselors I have had experiences with have been really supportive.”
“Do NOT bring your children here. This organization will fail you. They violate the VA mandatory reporting laws. A child can/has literally confided and reported abuse and fear for her safety and they will NOT report..and to NOT get involved they will go so far as to LIE and say the child is not telling them these things. If you request the info they will say "they have to ask the supervisors" and then come back and say they were told no you will not receive anything. If you really care to get proper&professional counceling help/services for you children DO NOT CHOOSE ARROW.”
