“A year or so ago I gave this place 5 stars but now if I could of it would have been ZERO stars! This place changed whenever OVP left them. They change councilors like they change underwear not to mention that they are constantly changing things for the worse. How has the time and gas money to go there 3 times in a week. I know that I don't. When OVP was here I could get everything done in 1 day and be done. Needless to say these councilors straight out of college do not know what they are talking about and they change doctors around like the change of the wind. I would go every Monday once a month, then they changed it to Fri now the doctor wants off on Fridays and they expect you to come other days splitting things up. If it isn't broken then stop "trying" to change it. Before they had compassion, now it's the "oh well" attitude. My sobriety doesn't have a "oh well" attitude and with that after 5 years I'm leaving and going somewhere else. Don't waste your time here because the doctor only wants to work 4 days and not 5. Not worth the headache nor putting your sobriety at risk because that's what they are doing now. Plain and simple, they do not care its all about the money and how many people they can get in on one day.”
“I’ve only really come in direct contact with Sharon T. I will start by saying - even upon entering the building, reception was so very kind to myself & everyone in the room. As for Sharon...she is nothing short of absolutely wonderful. She is thorough, kind, nonjudgmental and compassionate. She clearly puts her heart into her work and it shows. She simply wants the best for people. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares for each and every person she comes across. If I could give Her more than 5 stars I would. She gives A+ service in a time that can be extremely stressful and hard for people. I feel Privileged Having worked with her this far and look forward to learning from her in the future. Thank you Sharon and to all at the Alpha center. I am grateful for you. 🙏🏻”
“My daughter was seen here for a year, during that time her appointments were Friday evenings. The therapist when leaving for the day would yell or go up to the outside window yelling "bye" during her sessions totally unprofessional (it was the lady in the front office). Then in most visits they would discuss the therapist cat, and her pregnancy journey. I'm not sure why that helps a minor deal with their issue? Then at her last visit she was told they would start charging her. I thought, you'd basically be paying for friendship cause no help is being had, and sessions we're supposed to be 1 hour, but she would be cut short 15-30 minutes at times because of an AA meeting they had. So she stopped going, and they waited a year and a half to send her a bill, after being told it would be free up until the last appointment where she said they'd charge her. I'm sure they help some people but others suffer... We've since changed to a therapist in Columbia and it has been a wonderful experience.”
“do not come here if you are trying to get off opiates. go somewhere else. have new doctors in every week it feels like. new people everytime i go in. was a good place before they got rid of ovp. takes 6 hours to fill your prescription sometimes. if i could do -5 stars i would”
