“Back in 2020 I was homeless. Their facility helped me get out of homelessness. It however is 2026 and even though they said they would help with my mental health stuff and learn how to live independently, they instead did everything for me and staff walked over my naivity. When I wasn't naive, I was proclaimed "difficult". For instance, I am not a christain. They reccommended to battle my loneliness I should go to group therapy. Group therapy was a nightmare however. Had a group therapist once assume I was schitzophrenic and said if I didnt take meds I would kill someone one day cuz of past trauma with another patient. Had another group therapist who could not help when topics got so difficult clients became volitile. When people started talking about god and how "he helped them" which is a big trigger for me, I would listen to my headphones so I wouldnt interrupt them but that became an issue becuase when asked why I do that in front of the group, my honest feed back ended up triggering a lot of people. They do not take accountability for their short comings, instead they blame the patients for being difficult. They have no psychologists in the building that can properly diagnose or treat me for my ptsd. They have only a bunch of nurses and psychiatrists who act like they can but cannot handle difficult discussions. Anyways, recently I was given a new casemanager. Old one was nice, just broke my trust and got too close and I couldn't blur the line between mom and someone who is just working for me. (Its an orphan thing.) Anyways, I requested to do a treatment team, lady says I cant cuz they arent doing treatment team meetings. However the lady is clueless on what I need and dont need. Also she is unconfrontational and uses her husband a lot in discussion or her 20 years of experience as a back up to any concerns I have. Not giving a direct real answer. Very "humble". Anyways working with them was an utter nightmare. I do still appreciate them helping me with my homeless tho, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.”

“Beware of the nursing staff here. There's one in particular that is a liar and also she starts more drama than any mental patient that goes to be seen! She's rude with the clients, she talks down to them like they're imbeciles. She throws her coworkers under the bus and yet her supervisor still allows tlher to continue to work there being rude to all the clients. This after having many clients put in complaints in on her. All I have to say is Crystal needs to go!”

“Treats you like a criminal no matter where your at in life. Im big and buff and they drug test me every 30 days and ive never failed one. Im treated like i have a P.O officer and i just started looking for new doctors mnd you ive been coming for 8 years”

“My daughter had an appointment at 3:00 p.m., they put her down as a no-show at 2:45 because she wasn't there yet. When she arrived at 3:00 they would not let her in. They had already canceled her appointment. Then they put her down as a no-show on her MyChart.”
