“We had been long time patients of Dr. Marston. Unfortunately when she moved to Alliance, her scheduling became increasingly difficult to get seen in a timely manner. In 2025, I had been hospitalized and was told I couldn’t follow up with her after for over 2 months. My elderly mother had chronic illnesses that I wanted her to be seen for and with the scheduling sometimes being over 3 months out, I did have to schedule her to get a follow up with a different doctor. When I tried to get my mother back in with Dr. Marston I was told we were being refused to be seen over that. For the best, I suppose, since this new doctor has the availability to actually see people in an accommodating capacity.”
