“TLDR; The Bedford location doesn't exist.I wouldn't trust my child's mental health to a company that doesn't know what city they're in or how to complete an appointment scheduling Not only did the person I talk to schedule an appointment that was not put in their system, they scheduled it at a location that is not even in that office building. I got the reminders in text asking to confirm appointment and every thing. No one in the building new where it was. I also called 3 times that morning to confirm I had the right time (before appointment) and got no answer. At the time of appointment I called again double checking the suite was correct. They had no idea and I was informed the only location was 45 minutes away and maybe they could fit us in the next day.”
