What patients say on Google
“Went in,sat there while 6 other people came in! They all went in before me . None were worse than me. I went to the window and asked why, they said we don't take people in order!!! Yes, I can see if its worse than myself but from what I witnessed, none were!!! Long storie short, I left!!! Never again!!!! I gave them a rating of 1 because they don't have a 0!!!!”
“If there was a zero star rating option, that’d be the one I’d choose. Can’t even get a doctors note for work because they can’t “confirm” that I was there or because I wasn’t on my girlfriends contact listen, even when she called and requested it and confirmed I wasn’t there, they still said no- what petty behavior that is, then to say “have a good day” and just hang up is the cherry on top. Can’t confirm that I was last night, even when the patient is telling you.”
“Can’t even fathom how this place is still operational, would rather perish in the parking lot walking past it than have anyone here touch me. This is nothing more than an urgent care kept to relieve the patient traffic on actual medical facilities with minimal help, bedside manner or any confidentiality. Go to leave the hospital and everyone knows what’s wrong with you before you even get home. And may as well move the hospital by the prisons, least save us a few tax dollars in transportation as they are now your primary patient pool and income.”
“Horrible experience going to this hospital. First time I went to get stitches was waiting in waiting room for a hour while my knee was wide open, a nurse came and got me and put a BANDAID over it and had me go back to the waiting room was another hour before the actual doctors got me. Went there a week ago with my boyfriend who needed stitches was a faster wait to get into the room with a doctor but then the doctor kept walking out for 10-15 minutes a few different times and when went to do his stitches kept cutting the stitches to short. He went and got his stitches out 7 days after as his paper work said the cut wasn’t even closed all the way and starts to bleed whenever he hits it off of something. HORRIBLE place.”
