What patients say on Google
“I was very impressed with the professional behavior, the questions asked, and answered Mine. I really appreciate that He was able to write the prescription, I had been on, and He made sure He sent it to the Pharmacy, as soon as Our visit ended. Look forward to working with Him as My medication writing Provider. Since I am new here, I pray things will continue to go smoothly.Thank You.”
“Had my first appointment with Dianna recently and it was great. She listened intently while I explained my symptoms and concerns, validated my feelings and helped me manage my fears around starting a new medication. I had been waiting for the appointment for a while, and it was such a relief to meet a provider who was listening actively and meeting me where I am at.”
“I love the office everyone is friendly and accommodating! One issue i have is with Felix a prescriber at the office. He wouldn't send my meds to the pharmacy or give me at least 1 refill so I didnt have to call everytime. I had to call 8 times, and fight for 2 weeks to get my meds back. When I told him what happened and the things I was experiencing during that time all he could do was hang up on me and drop me as a patient! Felix needs to lose his job. I am not the only person he has screwed. It is now almost 2 months since that fight for my meds and i am still not back to normal, i have to wait another 4-6 weeks for my meds to get back into my system now again. I got switched to Diana and I highly recommend her! She gave me 4 refills on each of my meds and I explained to her what I went through and she assured me I wouldn't have to worry about that and so far she was right.”
“I have nothing bad to say about Citizens Advocates as they have helped me through some rough times. My counselor Kristina is awesome. She has helped me through so much. She listens and is very insightful. She is the best!”
