What patients say on Google

“Alexis Clagon is TOP NOTCH!!! She’s helped me so much in my CBT journey and I appreciate her more than I can say!”
Alexis Wright
“I went here as a kid from 2009 to 2012 they had always treated as horribly. The whole reason why I stopped going was because I went to my primary care doctor to get a refill because the psychologist told me to my primary care doctor told me that this is too high of a dosage for a child. Come to find out many years later as an adult I have autism.”
CAMRON RAMSEY
“Had an online appointment at 9:00. Used the URL given to me by my social worker and logged in at 8:30. Waited an hour until someone logged on to tell me to use a different url. Waited and called SIX times bc no one answered the phone. Then they told me to drive to the building. Had to wait another half hour in the parking lot until they told us to go home and that they would call or text me at 11. I have waited 2 hours and still haven't been contacted. They are completely unprofessional. I still have not talked to a therapist and my appointment was supposed to be 4 hours ago.”

“I have been a patient at one of these type of government funded mental health community services programs for the last 35 years. Three different Counties before I got with Jackson co. Just have to say wow, what an awesome community! I have never had an experience like I just had here. I was given options, treated respectfully, and really for the first time felt cared for. (Rebecca is the best). Peace 2 all 🙏.”
