“Believe every bad review you read. I called in an urgent situation concerning my daughter. This place was recommended to me by two medical clinicians. Our problem was not an emergency but was rather urgent. Our availability was complicated by our timeshare schedule. And our problem required that our future counselor have experience with this problem. I called and answered all of their questions and weeks went by. I called them back and they said they were waiting to assign us. Weeks went by. I called back and they said for some reason our case had been put on hold. I called back again and they said we were still waiting to be assigned. All total I waited 2 months for us to be" assigned" to a counselor. Every single time I spoke with their office, I repeated the need for us to have a counselor with experience and our limitations on scheduling. 2 and 1/2 months later when I finally got communication from our assigned counselor, she was not even available to book an appointment for two more weeks, three more if I needed a Friday. What are her credentials? Hopefully she's good at what she does at least after all this waiting. Nope! She doesn't even have her license yet! She has no experience with parental alienation. But she's really trying to sell herself to me as if this were as inconsequential As taking a risk on a new recipe. I do not appreciate wasting my time. I do not appreciate being handed off to somebody who just graduated. I do not appreciate that graduate then being deceptive about her experience in order to book us rather than being concerned with what our problem is and getting us appropriate help. This place is a joke. They do not value customers. And this is why I was able to get an appointment with a licensed family counselor on one of those web-based platforms, for next week, within 1 hour of receiving this disappointing news about the counselor I had been waiting literally months for. Don't waste your time. Call anywhere else.”
